Click on the 'New Item' button in the Item tab's button bar, choose 'New' from the 'Item' menu, or hit <ctrl><enter> while the Items tab is active to create a new item in your RSS feed. New Items are always added to the top of the Items list box (the same order in which most feed readers will display them).
