Normally items in a feed are displayed chronologically, with the newest items at the top. FeedForAll can change the order if you want to override the default ordering.
Highlight the item you want to move, and then use the 'Move Up' and 'Move Down' buttons in the Item tab's button bar, or choose 'Move Item Up' and 'Move Item Down' from the 'View' menu.
