PostForum: Program Support (FFA Mac)   Posted: Thu May 26, 2011 11:36 pm   Subject: unwanted CSS added
I have a client that is using the Mac version of FFA. I am a PC user and I am having a problem supporting her feed updates. As I understand, she is pasting text from a plain text editor into the WYSIWYG editor in FFA. She is constantly getting extra unwanted CSS into the feed. An example of her last feed update is entered below the dashed line. What can be causing this? Is there a configuration setting in the Mac version? Where is this coming from?

I am also trying to use PHP "Includes" in my template The "Includes" are calling the header, footer, and menu. This is not working but if I execute the template directly, they are diplayed properly (but not the RSS, of course).

I am using a PC with XP sp2 and version 2.0.2.0 of FeedForAll (evaluation period).

When I export my RSS to HTML everything looks as expected. When I export to javascript apostrophes are prefaced with \ and an item image is not displayed but in it's place is \"\".

What do I need to do to correct this?

Text from the display on the html page below:

Another day another hot oven
Well, I never thought I would see the day that you could fry an egg on the sidewalk in front of the Sears Tower. Never the less, today\'s the day!

It was overwhelmingly hot and cats were jumping on more than just the tin roofs. Dogs, of course, were not moving at all.

A little warmer than usual!
