Hello -

I have not yet purchased RecordForAll -- as I have a few questions I hope you can answer for me....

I have 2 uses for RecordForAll -
1) to record classes that I give onto my laptop - OS Win XP
2) to record talks from my desktop - OS Win Ultimate Vista

Questions:

1) Does this mean I need to purchase 2 copies of Record for All?

2) The classes that I give run for approximately 2 hours. The free space on my laptop harddrive is 13GB -- Do you have any idea how much space a two hour vocal recording will take?

3) Will I be able to transfer the files from my laptop and edit them in my desktop?

Thanks so much for your help........

Ellie

Yes, you will need to purchase 2 copies. The licensing for RFA is on a per-computer basis.

It depends? In an uncompressed format (like WAV), it would take up somewhere between 1 and 1.5GB? In a compressed format, it would only take up between 100 and 200MB.

As long as you have a method of doing so, such as a flash drive or CD's or LAN connection, yes.
