HI to all

i'm a general mac user (= no programing skills )

and its been a week now after i build my very 1st website :)
now i want to have a podcast aswell > so i did a recording
and put it to a ftp site location provided by my webhost.
now i finding out how this podcast and itunes works.
so i need this xml (file locater ) to let itunes now were to look!!??

feedforall has validated the feed but itunes don't what do i miss.??
is ther more that i have to know??

here it what FFA ass created for me :)

on grneral Q: the stuff is on a FTP sit dose the ftp:// can say ?? or do i have to Manuel change it to http://www... ?

People generally believe that if overweight people were just strong enough and used a
little self-discipline, they could become thin by eating less. I say: That is not true! Statistics
show that over 95% of all diets fail. If you tell yourself to eat less or to eat different food, it
might work for some time, but the overwhelming thoughts for food will come back. If you tell
an anorexic person to simply eat and give him or her food, it will not work either.
Most heavy people spend their entire lives forcing themselves to diet, only to gain more
weight after the initial success. Our body fools us by suggesting that there is a shortage and
therefore we must take a precaution to not encounter such a famine again. In other words,
we need to protect ourselves from starvation. Fat is our protective wall. But do we really
protect ourselves from lack of food? Or are we hungry for something else?
As long as we try to look for solutions on the level of food, we will not find a way out
permanently. The exit of this vicious cycle is to be found at a deeper level. We have to step
outside our identity, outside our belief system. Only there will we be able to listen, observe,
and understand.
The excercises in &quot;Diets don't work!&quot; tap into our subconscious mind to get to
that level of awareness. Overeating does not cause pain, it reveals the pain which is
already in us. Say goodbye to counting calories and compulsive eating habits.
