Okay, trying to make this short. I have a podcast and just recently our website switched servers. I updated all of the information in feedforall and tried to publish our most recent podcast. However it gets to 100%, but then just says "idle" and above that it states "Feed Files Uploaded, (0 of 1). It says the feed is valid. When I "test settings" it puts a little blue check by every line. And the .xml file on my local machine seems to have the latest item on it. However, the .xml online is not updating. I am sure there is a step that I am missing, but I can't figure out what it is. Can anyone please help? Thank you for your time. |

Take a look at the FTP log that is created during the publish process. It probably has some clues in there.
If you decide to post the log, for us to help, please remove any confidential information that may be shown in the log, before posting it here. |
