I am looking to start a podcast for one of my sites where I will feature local bands and some of their music. Are there any legal implications/disclosures/waivers I should consider putting in place as a matter of protecting myself for any future issues that could arise. I want to make sure this has no ramifications legally speaking. |

I agree you have the check the copyright laws of the area first before putting songs on your pod casts. That will avoid you being sued with copyright infringement. |
