Cannot load a feed. here is the code, can you please help.

Hi,

This code used to work, but has now just stoped. Any ideas?

There are two errors that I can see. The first is this part of the URL statement:

&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;TEMPLATE=blog-template.html

It should be this:
&TEMPLATE=blog-template.html

The second error is that the blog-template.html file doesn't exist, as far as i can tell.
