I bought RecordForAll two days ago and still haven't gotten my registration key. I really, really need the full version on my hard drive to record my podcast before I leave town tomorrow.

I've checked the spam folder, provided an alternate e-mail address and sent an e-mail to support, and I've gotten nothing in return. This site and product seems legit, so what gives?

All orders and keys have been emailed. There is no back log in queue. It sounds like you have a problem with the email being filtered. Please send an alternate email address to orders (at) feedforall.com with your order details and a key will be resent. Please bear in mind the key will come from "orders (at) feedforall.com" not recordforall.com, if you have control over white listing addresses please be sure to include that address.

If that does not work please contact our sales department and they can fax you the registration information.

To add sound/music files to RecordForAll, choose 'Add Files to Library' from the 'File' menu.

RecordForAll can use files of type .mp3, .wav, .wma (unprotected files only).
