Hello,

I am having an issue that whenever I open a specific feed, my entire program freezes. I am unable to click on any buttons, and I can't close the program by right clicking on it's window at the bottom of my screen.

When I go to taskmanager to end the program, it tells me that FFA is waiting for a response from me, yet I see no popups of any sort.

Could anyone please tell me what might be wrong with my feed? I have about 45 other feeds that work fine and I am able to open and edit without problems. I tried to rename the feed and open the second copy, but the same issue occurred.

Thanks!

I'm not sure what could cause that issue. If you would, though, please email a copy of the XML file to support at feedforall dot com so I can have a look at the feed itself and test what happens in FFA on my end.

I received the file and responded to your email. I was able to open the file and, aside from a two warnings and an error in feed validation, I didn't have any trouble with it. What version of FFA are you running?
