I bought the program as Propaganda some time ago and it no longer seems supported by mixmeister....
I just discovered it uses some flaky bitrates when exporting files causing any flash players to speed up the file creating the chipmunk affect.
96kb produces 44kz
64kb produces 24kz (wrong!)
56kb produces 32kz |

Unfortunately I can't be much help with Propaganda. Your best bet would be to download the eval version of RecordForAll and try a similar export. If you can reproduce the same problem with RecordForAll, then I should be able to do it here too, and that would be a good start to figuring out the problem. |

I've got some lectures that I've recorded with my iPod and a Belkin mic. They contain a lot of background noise and the speaker volume is low. Is there an application I can use to eliminate or greatly reduce the background noise and increase the speaker volume. I'm running on WinXP Pro system. |
