In the past I've generated my own xml file and had it on my local site. So the link is www.mysite.com/feed.xml.

I was thinking about using feedburner so if I change the way I generate the xml file and the link changes I don't have to go and change the link in multiple places. So with feedburner my link will be www.feedburner.com/myfeed.xml.

The xml file will have links to my mp3 files that are local on my site so will all the Search engines see the feedburner xml file as a bunch of links to my site or not a link at all.

I guess my real question is will I perform better in search engine results if I use feedburner or a local xml file. Keep in mind that a bunch of other sites will be linked to my xml file. Someone told me that feedburner it will appear that I have more links from other sites.

Thanks
