I posted the same item twice by accident and it looks like two different episodes posted at different times during the same day. How do I remove one of these "episodes"? Thanks for your help.

All you should have to do is delete the item duplicate item in FeedForAll, then re-upload the feed.

How do I reupload the feed without any republishing content? I've deleted a duplicated episode and want to update the podcast with this removal as soon as possible.

Sorry, I mean without republishing any of the past episodes, if that wasn't clear. I just want that episode removed, without having any of the already published episodes being re-entered in the RSS feed

Well, when you delete an item from the feed, you'll need to republish the feed. As long as the only difference between the feed on your computer generated by FFA and the feed on the site is the one deleted item, it shouldn't actually trigger any republishing dates... it'll just remove the item that's no longer in the feed.
