Just wondering if anyone can help me on a new feed issue?

The only changes I can see in the new filed when going into 'Publish Feed' is the new feed filename.

The site field retains the name of the first ever feed. Then when I go into 'Edit' there are no new feed details saved, only those of the original filename.

I can see the various feeds in the left side feed list, but like I say, when highlighting any feed, the upload login information is the same for each one, and if i change it in there, it changes for all feeds.

Any help much appreciated

OS: Windows VISTA

Thanks in advance

Andy

The program defaults to whatever previous FTP information you used but you can have multiple FTP sites configured.

To configure multiple FTP presets:

1) Open FeedForAll.

2) Go to Feed - Publish.

3) In the upper left hand corner, left click on Edit.

4) At the top, click on the icon of a File Cabinet with a Star on it. When you mouse over this icon, it will say "Add New Site"

5) Be sure to give this a unique Site Name, then enter the New FTP information.

6) Click on the blue check mark in the upper left hand corner.

The next time you go to publish a feed, you can select the FTP site to publish to from the Site dropdown menu.

Hi Support and thanks for your prompt response on this. I was pulling my hair out (what bit i have left!), on this one because i was fine up until your step 4.

I'm sure what you have posted here is in the instructions somewhere, but i guess i got into overcomplicating issues with each unsuccessful attempt and became blind to the obvious ;-)

Anyway, thanks once again, the support is appreciated.

Andy
