What Happens to Podcasts with Illegal Material?

What happens if you include a podcast on itunes that has copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use?
Apple allows users and copyright holders to file complaints about podcasts in the iTunes Music Store. The complaint will be investigated and any material found to be infringing on copyrights will be removed from the ITMS.
