RSS2HTML Templates Permissions

1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. LICENCE AGREEMENT
NotePage, Inc. grants subscribers a nonexclusive license to use the rss2html templates in accordance with these Terms of Use and Conditions (the "license") issued by NotePage, Inc.

• Non-Exclusive License Agreement
  The templates in the FeedForAll rss2html template directory are not for resale. Once a subscription is purchased you are able to use the rss2html templates for business, corporate or personal use. This includes the design of a website using the rss2html template.
  
  
• Modifcations
  Modifications to the rss2html templates are allowed, you may not distribute rss2html templates after modifications, unless all images and objects are replaced and the template looks drastically different from the original template.
  
  
• Template Elements
  All images in the template are property of NotePage, Inc. and may not be used in derivative works. The subscription to the rss2html template directory does not grant a license to modify, resell, license or sub-license any of the images used in the templates in their present or modified forms under any circumstances.
  
  
• Unauthorized Use
  Templates and images, modified or unmodified, may not be included on a CD, website, or any other redistribution material without prior written consent from NotePage, Inc. You may not include or bundle with other projects for resale. Any misuse or distribution of the rss2html templates or images will result in sever penalties. NotePage, Inc. will pursue legal action for any losses resulting from misuse of content.
  
  
• Assignability
  The subscription to rss2html template directory may not be resold, sub-licensed, assigned or transfered to 3rd parties.
  
  
• Ownership
  A subscription to the rss2html template directory does not constitute ownership, it merely constitutes a license to use the templates in the directory. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership--modified or unmodified.
  
  
• Liabilities
  NotePage, Inc.'s rss2html templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. NotePage, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained from use of the rss2html templates or script. You agree that NotePage, Inc. is not liable to any subscriber for any indirect, incidental, damages or loss of business, lost profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.
