Tutorial Transcript:
Welcome to the tutorial on how to download
a feed directly into FeedforAll.
The first step is to run the program, so
find your shortcut for FeedForAll and double
click on it.
When you first run the program, you'll see
this splash screen.
If you would like to purchase the software,
left click on the Buy Now button.
If you've already purchased, please watch
our FeedForAll registration tutorial.
To continue to use the trial version, left
click on Continue.
Once in the program, go to Feed - Download.
In the space provided, you'll need to enter
the full URL to the feed.
This needs to include the specific .xml
filename as well.
So, for example, I want to download a sample
feed into the program.
I'll enter www.notepage.net/support/sample.xml
After you've entered the URL, left click
on OK.
The program will then download and parse
the feed, splitting it into the feed, items,
images, and enclosures.
To review this downloaded information, go
to the Feeds, Items, and Image tab.
You should see all relevant information
for this feed contained here.
After you've verified the data, you can
either remove it from the list or save it
as one of your own feeds.
To save it, go to File - Save.
Give this feed a name, and then left click
on Save.
After saving the feed, you can then edit
it and its items and you can also republish
the feed from the program.
This concludes the tutorial on how to download
a feed directly into feedforall. Please
visit our website, www.feedforall.com
