To delete an item from your feed highlight it in the Items list box and click the 'Delete Item' button in the Item tab's button bar, choose 'Delete' from the Item menu, or hit while the Item tab is active.
WARNING: Deleting an item permanently removes it from your feed, once the feed is saved to disk or uploaded to your Web server.
