PostForum: RSSmesh (Automatic Feed Aggregator)   Posted: Sun Sep 20, 2009 10:30 am   Subject: Feed Will Not Parse with RSSmesh
For some odd reason my feed from RSSmesh isn't parsing correctly. When checking for errors each time I get

XML parsing error: <unknown>:411:4: unbound prefix
Everytime the <rssMesh:feedImageTitle> tag appears.

I want to exclude this tag from my feed but not sure how. I am not even sure why its showing up because I am not even using the ~~~ItemRssMeshFeedImageTitle~~~ template tag.

This problem just started a few days ago and I haven't ever had this issue.
I am currently running RSSmesh v3.10

Any help with this issue would be great!

Should i accept the silence to my issue as a sign that there is no solution? Or rather no one wants to help?

Hello everyone, I have only posted to this forum [url=http://www.feedforall.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5651&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=]a few other times. But I love RSS2HTML!! Thanks so much for an awesome product!

I am using RSS2HTML to display several dynamic feeds. I was wondering if there might be a way that I could edit the script so that a customized message can appear when there are no feed items. I am not talking about errors or 404, I am talking about when a feed doesn't have any items to display, I would like it to output something like, "nothing new at this time". I have bought a subscription to the script directory. If one of the scripts in the directory can do this please let me know, or if there is a way that I can do this I would love to know how. Thanks so much again.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to repost to let everyone know that I have fixed this issue. I am not entirely sure why it was happening but things started working again when re-enabled the cache function in rssmesh. Thanks anyways!

Let me first say that I LOVE RSS2HTML!! I bought access to the script directory and the other scripts are awesome as well.

For some reason rss2html is now getting 404 errors every time it trys to access a feed that is being out put through the rssmesh script. Originally, this didn't happen and everything worked fine, however just starting today rss2html receives a 404 every time it trys to request a feed that has been created with the rssmesh script.

I checked the feed that is being out put from rssmesh, and it works fine in the browser and different feed readers. I inserted a different feed from another service into rss2html and it works fine as well, therefore I feel like both scripts are running like they are supposed to.

Seeing how this issue just started, I am wondering if there might be a problem with the settings on my server, or something similar. It just doesn't make sense why these two scripts would just quit working together. Please advise me how to move forward.
