The username, password or login type you're using are incorrect. For example, your server may want you to use FTP instead of FTP (Passive). Alternatively, you could be passing the wrong thing for the username or the password. |

What, or where, are the username and password authenticating against? Is it internal? Running against domain credentials? FTP account(s)? FFA account creds? Please let me know..... |

More information is in the FeedForAll Documentation or Help files:
'Using FeedForAll' - 'Publishing (Uploading)'
'Support' - 'FAQ' - 'I am having trouble uploading my feed'
'What's Next?' - 'After you have created your feed'
Documentation for FeedForAll is at http://www.feedforall.com/rss-education-center.htm |

FFA is attempting to use the FTP site you specified to upload your feed, so it's functioning just like any other FTP program. So, it's authenticating against whatever credentials your FTP server requires. |

Richard,
You might want to check the FTP type you're using. For example, if your server requires you to connect with FTP(PSV) but you're using FTP, your server won't allow you to log in. If you're not sure which FTP type to use, ask your web hosting company or server administrator. |
