Updating Feed For iTunes?

I don't remember, since it's been 4 years since my last episode :-P. But I just updated my podacst feed and saved it on my computer. I had the xml file on my website in a subdirectory (mysite/podcast/mypodcast.xml). but I don't remember if THAT is where iTunes was getting its feed. And if to update it, I just FTP the new xml file and overwrite it? Is that correct?

That would be correct. To update your feed, FTP the new XML file to overwrite the file on the web server.
