Hi,
You've noted that you will be incorporating a number of the features below into a new version. When do you expect that version to be available and how do I sign up to be a beta tester?

There probably won't be a public beta for the next release. It will be a minor point release (something like v1.1), and there won't be any major changes to the way the program works, just several enhancements.
All registered users will be able to upgrade to the new version for no charge.
We don't have a release date yet, but I expect it to be released in the first quarter of this year (probably sooner rather than later).

Why? Why not let customers participate in the beta version? Certainly from a marketing perspective you receive more exposure with a public beta. Will you entertain beta testers if people ask to participate.

I will see what I can do about getting the "probably won't" changed to a "probably will" on the beta issue :)
