please explain what is the use of the RSS.Is it useful for all fields or in any specific field.

While specific fields may find RSS feeds more useful, RSS is useful in many different fields.

It helps people who regularly "use" the web. It allows you to be updated by retrieving the latest content from the sites you are interested in.

you can even subscribes site rss through google reader. This will help getting updates to any sites that you like.
