I have read the docs etc and have created a testfeed. It plays an MP3 son for the moment.
However I am having problems with the artwork.
I am running Itunes and using the subscribe to podcast command to test my feed. The artwork is the proper size and resolution, but it never seems to come with the feed when I subscribe.
Why is Itunes not bringing down the image specified when I subscribe? Is it because I really haven't "published" on the store yet?
Of course I can manually add the artwork once the podcast is downloaded into Itunes but I thought the artwork I specify would come with the podcast.

It is hard to say without actually seeing the feed. But if you are testing the feed locally, as suggested in the docs, my first guess is the image for iTunes is not available at the path you think it is. My second guess is you haven't specified the image right.

I also created testcast2.xml which has your tutorial feed. It also does not show the artwork under itunes -- hmmmm.

Okay, this is what I think I have found. I used your podcast and one I have listened to. Both I added with the iTunes Advanced menu. And in both case I never saw any network requests for the images. So my guess is that when you subscribe to a podcast from the iTunes Music Store, the image is requested from there only. It took a lot of packet sniffing and that is what I have come up with.

So would the fix for this problem be something to be addressed by Apple or FeedForAll? I'm guessing Apple.
