Hi!

I have bought FeedForAll for a moment now, and I am vey happy with it. I use it on Win-7 64 bits.

But I have a problem, it appeared since I use FFA on this machine. When I open the software, it still ask me to enter the registration infos. When I installed the software, I've followed the steps you provided for making FFA work on Win-7, it works like a charm, except this.

How can I solve this problem?

Thanks a lot!

What directory do you have FeedForAll installed to?

Hi!

Sorry for my late answer. My FFA is located on C:/Program Files(*86)/NotePage.

Ah, the User Accounts Control in the 64-bit of your operating system (likely Windows Vista or Windows 7) is preventing the program from writing permanent values to the Program Files (x86) directory. Hence, when the program tries to write the registration information, it isn't being saved beyond the local session. Uninstall FeedForAll, then use these steps to reinstall and the problem should go away:

I'm happy to tell you that everything is OK. My problem is solved.

Thanks a lot! See you!
