Getting this error message (link):

Re-installing doesn't help.

Any ideas.

That error is indicating that the MP3 codec (LAME - that's the actual name of the codec) is running in to an assertion error. The best way to fix that would be to download the latest LAME codec from their website and follow their instructions on updating:
