NOTE: This question is from the perspective of web page PUBLISHER, not someone using an RSS reader.
When my web site's HTML page content changes, how does an RSS feed "notice" the changes? Do I have to edit the RSS feed manually? That is, do I have to type in the new page content in the XML code?
Or does this somehow happen dynamically (which would be much nicer) without manually editing / updating the feed?
This question pertains to a podcast page with links to several MP3 files. When we add new MP3 links, we'd like the RSS feed to reflect / publish the new content. I'm just not sure if this is a manual process.
The HTML page is NOT a WordPress page.
Sorry for the (probably) silly question but many Google searches have not returned an answer.
Thanks!!
