Hi,
My question comes in two parts:
1)Does this script allow for visitors to post to an rss feed?
2)Does this script allow for posting to search engines?
Please forgive the apparent ignorance related to this question, but I have a very specific purpose for all of this and need it to be able to allow my users to post to an rss feed. I also need it to be able to post to the search engines and rss feed networks.
Any help here would be appreciated.

No, the script in its native format does not. The scripts generally just translate data from one format in to another. Just as an example, RSS2HTML translates an RSS feed in to browser viewable content but it doesn't do anything to edit the data. As another example, SQL2RSS translates data from an SQL database in to an RSS feed, so if you had a way for people to modify your SQL database, they could modify the RSS output.

The output can contain meta-data that can be spidered by search engines and standard SEO can be performed, yes.
