We currently use feedforall on our site for the RSS. Most of the time it works on & off, however about two weeks ago it stopped working for good.
Our URL is: http://www.buildingdesign-news.co.uk
The version we are using is FeedForAll v1.0 (1.0.2.0). Could it be because the software is out of date?
Any help would be fantastic, thanks.

When you say that it stopped working for good, what are you seeing? Does it say the feed has been published but you don't see any changes? Does the software give an error when you try to run it?
Also, that version of FFA is out of date and you can update it with the most recent version of the program by downloading the latest installation from our website, www.feedforall.com

Thanks for the reply.
The software itself works fine, it just the RSS feed doesn't show up on the webpage. All I see is a green bar going back and forth across the screen... Have tried it in Chrome, IE, Opera, Safari and Firefox and none of them show it.

Based on what I can see on your site, that green bar going back and forth is a flash applet. Unfortunately, I know next to nothing about flash and am not sure who programmed what for your flash applet. If you can contact the original developer for your website, they may be able to tell you why that flash applet isn't loading.
