Here's a snapshot of my website construction tool - SiteBuilder:

This is of the Index page (1) where there is a link "m4v video" (2) that takes you to another page "m4v.html" (3) where the video file "5minbbanim.m4v" (4) is located.

Using the FFA wizard, I can't understand where each of these bits of information fit in creating the RSS stream. All I want to do make that video available as a podcast at iTunes. Can someone help me understand where each element fits?

When you create your feed, the feed's 'Link' should probably point to you index webpage (1).

When you create an item, the link should probably point to m4v.html (3). The enclosure should point to 5minbbanim.m4v (4).
