How do I update an existing RSS feed with new XML by using FFA?
I have a weekly podcast. I create a 50 MB mp3 at a radio studio and do a drag and drop into their server.
Then I have to update the XML from my home desktop.
What are the steps for doing this with FFA?

You would probably want to create a new item in your feed for the new recording. You would then upload the new RSS feed via FeedForAll's built in FTP function: hit the 'Upload' button on the toolbar, or choose 'Upload' from the 'Feed' menu.
