Have you tried this list of RSS Directories :

I too am finding specific RSS feeds difficult, hopefully it will become easier as RSS becomes more popular.

Try this feed, Robin Good started by lisitng 55 sources for RSS Feeds and Blogs. His site actually identifies where to submit your feed, right now his list is around 124. You should be able to find some good sources to find Feeds.
