?How to put podcast on itunes?

I have my item, but when i try to save or publish it says there are four errors. one is that there is an invalid url, another is that enclosure type is not a standard MIME type, and the third is that the url format needs to be saved as a certain format, and the last is the type is wrong again.

For the url i thought uploading it to my cast.com would work, then put the url in there, but i guess not. and for the type, my recording is in .mp3 and that's one of the accepted types, but it still says it won't work. I know this is really confusing but any help would be glady appreciated, also easier alternatives would be helpful too. Thanks!
