Yesterday, March 1st, Sam Ruby decided to enforce the statement in the RSS 2.0 specs that says every item should have a GUID. Very few have done this in the past and of those even fewer have done it right. I would ignore it and possibly complain.

This is not an error, it is just a warning. You can safely ignore it, but your feed can be even better if you address the warning.
To get rid of the warning, then add a to your RSS.
http://www.thevap.com/vapcasts/vap0012.mp3
Or something similar. You could also set isPermaLink to true.
