rssFilter.php?buildScript doesn't work. I have re-downloaded and even placed it in its own directory. Simply no output..

I have had it working previously, but this is a new install. All other scripts work. What do you need from me to fix the situation? I have re-downloaded and re-installed tried using it in its own directory, etc etc..

I rolled back to php 3.3, but rssFilter is still not working. Only script that works now is rss2html.php.
What should I do?
