?500 Internal Server Error

Hello - sorry, just another user looking for help with an error. This seems like a great and simple tool, though I'm not entirely confident I know what I'm doing.

I get a 500 internal server error when trying to view the page:
http://hotelplans.com/rss/rss2html.php?XMLFILE=http://hotelplans.com/rss/feed.xml&TEMPLATE=http://hotelplans.com/rss/template.htm

I've got the files in place...
http://hotelplans.com/rss/feed.xml
http://hotelplans.com/rss/template.htm
(FeedForAll_XMLParser.inc.php also in the same directory)

This even works:
http://hotelplans.com/rss/rss2html.php?buildURL

I changed the links in the rss2html.php file... and I tried inserting the PHP include into the template.htm file (is that what I'm supposed to do?) but took it back out since nothing changed. Anyway... the server is Apache and PHP is enabled (I've got a working version of PHP formmail so I'm kinda baffled here)...

Any suggestions, help, etc is very much appreciated!

The Internal Server Error is coming up for http://hotelplans.com/rss/rss2html.php, so any of the extended variables for the feed and template won't really matter to the error itself.

This error only occurs because of web server software, so you may want to talk to whoever your web server administrator is. They should be able to resolve that internal server error.
