?RSS errors?

Hi have put my RSS feed (rss.php) through a validator and it shows the following errors:

Can anyone suggest how I should fix them, they seem to be something to do with recognising certain characters, so that the RSS passes?

The error about 0x92 is correct and caused by M$ Windoze doing its own thing. The error about £ is also correct, it wasn't encoded right. I would suggest downloading FeedForAll or FeedForAll Mac to help you produce valid feeds.
