Hello,
I just purchased FFA Mac. Is there a known problem with the HTML editor?
Specifically, I'm not sure if the Image functions are working. When I try to add an image to item description field:
- it appears as a small blue square with a question mark even though I know the src URL is good.
- there doesn't seem to be any way to edit the image
Are these known bugs?
Thanks,

Are you getting an error when you're entering the URL for the image? The reason I ask is that I've just now re-tested this on my end to make sure it works and as long as I don't use an SSL required HTTPS link, the image displays properly.

No, I'm not getting an error message. And I'm not using SSL. I'm on a MacBook Pro using OS 10.6.8.
When I click the Image button in the WYSIWYG editor, the image box pops up. When I enter the URL (local or online), nothing appears in the preview window, whether I enter the dimensions or not.
When I click OK, an image placeholder (of the defined size) appears with a small blue box and question mark inside. There seems to be no way to edit an image after it is placed this way, and it doesn't show up on the feed.
There is also no preview image shown under the feed image tab.
Hope this helps,

When I try to access that image, even in a web browser, I get:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /images/thumb-privacy-icon.png on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hello, Tech Support.
After checking with my web host provider, I've discovered that I have hotlink protection enabled on my site. I'm pretty sure that's the root of this problem.
Thank you for your help.
