Have news section on PHP/MySQL web site filtered by four categories - want to create four different RSS feeds filtered by each category - IS that possible to do ???

Well, the SQL2RSS Script allows you to take information from the SQL database and post it however you like. So, if you have a way of designating or defining the values for each of the four feeds you want, you should be able to parse each data set out separately.
