?iTunes - Authorization is needed to access..

I have a podcast feed up setting up. I have the XML file fully validating and in other podcast clients i can get the podcasts to download and play fine. But when it comes to iTunes it ready the podcast episodes from the XML file, but wont download them. It gives the error of,

There was a problem downloading [Show Name]
Authorization is needed to access [File Name]

The file its trying to download is, http://www.sitename.com/2011-03-14.mp3?px-hash%3Db42c227e36ef27aee6e96ae9c4f32214%26px-time%3D1300704254

This is a normal MP3 file with some extra parameters so that my CDN can protect the file from illegal downloads. Are the parameters messing it up? iTunes has to be able to accept file urls like this... shouldn't it? I hope so! Thanks for your assistance.

Hmm... if everything in the feed checks out, you may want to contact iTunes support about this as the restriction isn't happening within your feed. It might have something to do with the CDN that you're using but iTunes would definitely be the people to check with on that.

im having the same problem. i tried contacting itunes support but got no response. what did they tell u to do to fix it

Hi, I was having the same problem and Itunes did not help me at all, in more or less words they told me it was my computer. Did anyone figure out a solution to this issue?

What is the link to your feed? We can always verify that the feed is good and then attempt to work from there for a solution.
