I know that there are other ways to do this, but wonder if anyone can explain how to 'transform' an rss (xml) file to an html representation using xslt?
I've found a couple of sample style sheets, but don't know how to link or 'invoke' them? Do you just link to them like CSS...or can you embed them in the head of your document (if so, do you use a html or xsl extension)

As far as I know, the XSL style sheet file has to be a separate file, and can't be imbedded into the RSS feed's XML code.
The beta release of FeedForAll, and the Mac version both support using XSL stylesheets.
There is a good example of one here:
