?Triplicate messages on feed?

I have gone in a few times to correct things with my feed, and it seems that the messages are repeated. How do I get rid of the repetitive extras? They are showing up in the source code as well.

I noticed that that even after deleting the file, the
feed://morningstarmedia.org/messages/FBC_feed.xml file still shows up even after emptying cache files.

The location of the actual XML file shows up as missing:
http://morningstarmedia.org/messages/FBC_feed.xml

I am going to repost the file, so the above won't give an error... but it did without the file.

* The question I have, is where is the
feed://morningstarmedia.org/messages/FBC_feed.xml file located?
