Does anyone know of a way to measure the frequency my podcasts are played?

Any appz, or code maybe?

The iTunes spec talks a little about this at, http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/techspecs.html#_Toc526931671 . But the most basic way is to look at your web servers logs.
