Thanks again Robin for all your great feedback!
Here is some feedback to your feedback :-)

One minor point - could you add the facility for the HTML editor to handle code - it currently seems to handle the which is the HTML specification not the XHTML spec but I can live with it at the moment. |
Already taken care of in 0.0.1.8, which will be uploaded later today or tomorrow. The new version can also handle , tags.

One other request for this - I use the UK "£" sign, being based here, and I have to enter it using the &..pound..; notation. How about symbol character handling. [I know, I know...where do you stop ;-) ] |
Symbol characters and other characters above the regular ASCII range (character codes abover 127) are also supported in 0.0.1.8

A beta problem - if I disable the option to supress path in the list of feeds, on Save I get a "list index out of bounds -1 error". |
Fixed in 0.0.1.8

The warning that changes have been made to a feed does not specify which feed - not helpful if you have more than one open. |
It always means the feed you are currently working in.

I can't find how to enter the FTP information for a particular feed - is this kept with or related to the feed? or is it always re-entered when you choose to upload the feed? |
The FTP info is stored per feed. Please let us know if you have any problems with it after installing 0.0.1.8
I will take a look and see if there is still a problem with our latest version.

When you save a downloaded feed, it ought to use the feed file name not the title as the proposed filename (IMHO). |
I agree. I will be sure this change is made.

Apart from these items it is a great tool!! |
Thank you very much. We are trying very hard.

BTW - what is it written in? |
Delphi

The feed you mentioned in your previous post does download correctly with the new build (will be made available really soon).
Your suggestion of using the RSS document's name for the default filename (when the feed is saved locally), in a newly download feed (instead of the feed title) has been implemented and will be in the new build.
Keep the good ideas coming.
Thanks

Regarding colors: we have tried using darker versions of the colors, but they were hard to differentiate from the regular black text. We might take another shot at it.
The new build (hopefully today) already takes care of the upload failure problem. I will see if we can slip in an update to better guess the upload filename too.

My apologies. Although the infrastructure is now there, some of the High-ASCII stuff, like what you are trying, didn't actually make it into 0.0.1.8. You will have to wait until 0.0.1.9. Hopefully it will be out at the end of the week.
Sorry.
