I created my first feed, and it worked! I put my xml file name in the header of my home page. When I subscribed to my own feed, though, I see that I subscribed to the one feed I created. How do I make it so visitors can subscribe to my feed, and be notified of all new feeds I create?

In other words, my feed name that appears on my reader is the file name for the specific feed I made in FeedForAll. I don't want my visitors to have to subscribe each time I post and upload a feed.

(You can see my coarse handiwork at slowreads.com.)

Thanks!

Are you asking how they will know when you add more items to your feed, or how will they know if you create an entirely new feed?

Neither. How do I make it so they don't have to re-subscribe each time I add items to my feed?

As I understand the software, each time I add a feed it creates a new file. I must upload the new file onto my server. I must place certain code with the new file name in the header of my web page where the feed readers will go if they wish to. The subscription seems to be in the name of the individual file. Therefore, the reader must subscribe to a new feed each time I upload a feed. Is there something I'm missing? (I hope so!) If I'm not missing something, what's the workaround?

If it would help to see my first attempt, it's at slowreads.com.

When you add new items to your feed, you are just editing the existing feed. Save it (back to the same name) and re-upload your feed. Anyone that has subscribed to your feed will automatically get the new items (that is the job of feed readers).
