Can images be added to individual feed items?

Yes, add images to items in the Description field.
In FeedForAll Mac, select the Item tab.
In the Description field, click: HTML Editor.
Then in the Item Description HTML Editor window, click Image.

I followed support post to this forum, yet I still can't get the Images to show on my RSS Feed. I have uploaded the image to main directory on my web server (same location as RSS.xml file) Should the image be located in another location? or this there something else that I'm missing?
The code generated in my description looks as follows:
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
