I've recently heard the term RSS radar and I'm really unclear as to what it means. Can anyone explain it.

RSS Radar is fairly new, and it is really themed content aggregation, repackaged into a common feed. In simple terms RSS radar is a collection of feeds that are all on the same topic, a publisher compiles all the feeds into a single collection, and republishes them on a website and feed.
