I'm using FFA to generate RSS feeds for use in Bittorrent clients. The feeds are just fine. However, I get the following warning whenever I open, save, publish or validate the feed.

"Warning - The Enclosure "Type" "application/x-bittorrent" is not a standard MIME type"

The constant warnings are a bit annoying...

Can I somehow tell FFA to suppress this error?

Would it be best to just not include the enclosure in this kind of feed?

Thanks in advance.

Just to check, are you doing a standard enclosure or an iTunes enclosure?

It's a standard enclosure. No iTunes involved.

If you wish, you can examine the xml file at this URL:

Ah, now I see. The best thing to do would be to tell FFA to not show you warning popups, only show you proper error popups. To do that:

1) Go to Tools - Preferences.

2) Click on Miscellaneous

3) Set Validation Results to: Show on errors

4) Click on Apply.

That will keep the program from reminding you that the BT filetype is not a valid MIME type.
