?Question about adding images to RSS feeds

I can't figure out how to add an image to an RSS feed.

I see the images tab, and when I enter info into all the fields nothing really happens.

Am I supposed to hand code the image info into the xml file for the feed?

How do you attatch the image to the feed?

This must be too easy and I'm trying to make it more difficult. I looked at the instructions in the help files but it only says that you can use images with feeds, but not how to use the images tag.

are the screenshots in http://www.feedforall.com/step-by-step-demos.htm (add an image) show the FeedForAll & FeedForAll Mac Softwares you sell ?

The screenshots are mostly from early versions of FeedForAll.
