?Auto Pings

I'd like to see FeedForAll auto ping both a predefined set of ping sites as well as user-defined.

MyYahoo requirs an API to ensure they have the latest updates, which does a ping and it would be great if this happened automatically when I push up my updates.

Someone posted this in another thread last week -

I have found that the quickest way for me to get my feed updated is to ping them directly using:

http://api.my.yahoo.com/rss/ping?u=http://www.yourdomain.com/rss/index.xml

The bold part would change based on your feed.
